🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through online and offline sales initiatives.
- Generate housing loan, Loan Against Property (LAP) and retail loan business.
- Build relationships with builders, developers and business partners.
- Manage customer relationships and explain loan eligibility, product features and documentation.
- Support sales teams and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and marketing intermediaries.
- Conduct preliminary loan appraisal and coordinate with internal credit teams.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business development opportunities.
