📚 Educational Qualification
Junior IT Engineer Grade I: Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/Hardware Maintenance with 2 years experience in IT & Network Administration.
Project Technical Support – 1: Graduate Degree in Biotechnology (60%) with 2 years lab experience. MSc in Biotechnology preferred.
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 1–2 years experience in FMCG/Manufacturing sectors.
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Internal Audit (Retail Pharmacy Division): MBA (Finance/Systems) or B.Pharm with MBA (Hospital Administration) with 1–2 years relevant experience.
Assistant Manager (Production): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production with 1 year in FMCG or similar industry.
Deputy Manager (Laboratory Services Operations): Degree/M.Sc in MLT with 2–3 years experience in Diagnostic Centre Operations.
Manager (Defence Pharma): M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis with 3+ years experience in QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs. ISO-certified lead auditor preferred.
