Eligibility Criteria – CSIR-CSMCRI Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
- Security Officer: Ex-Servicemen JCO (Subedar or higher rank) OR equivalent rank in other Para-military forces with minimum 10 years of experience in security.
- Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi/English with Diploma/Certificate in Translation OR 2 years of translation experience.
- Junior Stenographer: 10+2/XII with proficiency in Stenography as per DoPT/CSIR norms.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (General/Finance & Accounts/Stores & Purchase): 10+2/XII with computer typing speed of 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. norms
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years (15 years for SC/ST & 13 years for OBC)

- Security Officer: Physical Test → Written Test → Document Verification
- Junior Hindi Translator: Written Test → Translation Skill Test → Document Verification
- Junior Stenographer: Stenography Test → Written Exam → Document Verification
