📚 Educational Qualification
Centre Administrator: Master’s Degree in Social Work / Psychology with 4 years of experience in women protection projects and 1 year in counseling. Must be able to drive. Only women local residents can apply.
Senior Counselor: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or M.Sc (Counselling Psychology) with at least 2 years of experience in women protection projects. Only women local residents can apply.
IT Administrator: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.Sc) and Diploma in Computers/IT with minimum 3 years of experience in data management and web-based reporting. Only women local residents can apply.
Case Worker: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Age limit: 35 years. Only women local residents can apply.
Security Guard: 10th Pass with prior experience as a security staff. Only women local residents can apply.
Multi Purpose Helper: 10th Pass with experience in office work, cooking, and maintenance. Only women local residents can apply.
Important Notes: All posts are on a contract basis. Applicants must be women residing locally in Chennai and willing to work on a rotational 24/7 basis.
