• Encourage farmers to adopt modern agricultural practices and technologies through financial incentives.
• Educate farmers about government subsidies, grants and support programs.
• Assess farmers’ eligibility for agricultural loans, crop loans, equipment loans and Kisan Credit Cards.
• Evaluate agricultural loan risks based on crop patterns, weather conditions and soil quality.
• Organize awareness programs about banking services and agricultural developments.
• Coordinate between the bank and rural communities to understand their financial needs.
• Maintain familiarity with government schemes, NABARD guidelines and RBI norms.

📚 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Specializations: Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science or Agricultural Engineering will be given additional preference.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Bank, RRB or any financial institution.
• Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on 31.10.2026.
• Designation: Assistant Manager.
• Job Location: Anywhere in India.
