Wipro invites applications for its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP), a unique initiative for BCA and B.Sc students to build a remarkable career while pursuing higher education in M.Tech, sponsored by Wipro.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (BCA/B.Sc)
- Qualification:
- Bachelor of Computer Application – BCA
- Bachelor of Science – B.Sc (Eligible Streams: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics)
- Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
- Other Criteria:
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
- One backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment (must be cleared along with the 6th semester)
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics during Graduation (Business Maths/Applied Maths not accepted)
- Maximum 3 years gap in education allowed (between 10th and Graduation)
- No gap allowed during Graduation (must be completed within 3 years from the start)
- Indian Citizenship required (PIO/OCI card acceptable)
Selection Process – Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program
- Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes with 4 sections)
- Verbal: 20 mins (20 questions)
- Analytical: 20 mins (20 questions)
- Quantitative: 20 mins (20 questions)
- Written Communication: 20 mins
- Round 2: Voice Assessment
- Round 3: Business Discussion
Service Agreement
Selected candidates must sign a service agreement for 60 months. Note: The joining bonus will be repayable on a pro-rata basis if you leave the organization within this period.
