Job Role Summary
- Assistant Manager (Credit): Handles **loan processing, credit evaluation, credit risk assessment, and customer relationship**.
- Assistant Manager (IT): Works in **IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, data analytics, software development, and banking tech innovation**.

Educational Qualification – Union Bank of India SO Recruitment 2025-26
- Assistant Manager (Credit):
- Graduate + Either:
- CA/CMA/CS or
- Full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance (2 years) with **60% marks** (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
- Assistant Manager (IT): Full-time Degree in:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech in CS / IT / ECE / Cybersecurity / AI / ML / Data Science
- Desirable Certifications: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CCNA, CEH, Python, SQL, Cyber Security, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in relevant IT domain.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
- Gross Salary: ₹60,000+ per month (Depending on location)
