📢 Vacancy Details : UIIC AO Recruitment 2026

Category-wise Vacancy: For Administrative Officer – Generalists, the vacancies are ST – 18, SC – 30, OBC – 62, EWS – 22 and UR – 68. For Administrative Officer – Hindi Officers, the vacancies are ST – 1, SC – 4, OBC – 7, EWS – 2 and UR – 11. The vacancies are provisional and may vary as per the Company’s requirements.

📚 Educational Qualification

Administrative Officer – Generalists: Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, including Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Data Science, etc. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in either of the degree examinations. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum required marks are 55%.

Administrative Officer – Hindi Officers: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at degree level with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Candidates with a Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination may also apply. Master’s Degree in another subject with the prescribed Hindi-English language combination and medium requirements is also eligible as specified in the official notification.

Important: The prescribed qualification must have been completed on or before 30.06.2026. The qualification should be from a recognized University/Institute approved by the appropriate authorities. Working knowledge of computers is mandatory. Candidates whose final examination results were declared after 30.06.2026 are not eligible.

🔹 Age Limit

Age Limit as on 30.06.2026: Candidates must have been born not earlier than 30.06.1996 and not later than 30.06.2005. Age relaxation is applicable as per the notification: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – 5 years, eligible defence personnel disabled in operations – 3 years, eligible widows/divorced women/women legally separated from husband – 9 years, and existing confirmed employees of Public Sector General Insurance Companies – 8 years. Cumulative relaxation is subject to the maximum age of 45 years.

📍 Selection Process: UIIC AO Recruitment 2026

• Tier I – Preliminary Examination: Online Objective Test for 100 marks and 60 minutes, consisting of English Language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
• Tier II – Main Examination: Online Objective Test followed by a Descriptive Test. The Generalists Main Examination carries 250 objective marks plus 30 descriptive marks, while the Hindi Officers Main Examination carries 200 objective marks plus 50 descriptive marks.
• Interview: Candidates qualifying in the required examination stages will be shortlisted for Interview. Final merit is prepared based on Online Main Examination and Interview with a 75:25 weightage respectively.

Note: There is a penalty for wrong answers in the Preliminary and Main Objective Examinations. One-fourth of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted for each wrong answer. Unanswered questions will not attract any penalty.

7. Preview and verify all the details before clicking the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button.
8. Pay the applicable application fee/service charges through the online payment gateway.
9. Submit the application form before 28 September 2026.
10. Download and save/print the final submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
