📚 Educational Qualification
Chief Financial Officer: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Commerce) with Associate/Fellow Membership of ICAI or ICMAI. Candidates having Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) qualification will be preferred. Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, treasury, audit, IND-AS reporting and taxation, including 5 years in Senior Management Cadre.
Company Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Commerce) with Associate/Fellow Membership. Preference will be given to candidates having Law qualification. Minimum 10 years experience in secretarial department of a Public Limited Company with hands-on experience in Companies Act 2013 compliances, MCA filings, legal and administrative functions.
