📚 Educational Qualification
Customer Support Executive: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent.Desirable Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data entry and digital record management.
- Good communication skills in both Tamil and English.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
Experience: Both experienced and fresh candidates are eligible to apply.
Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will handle customer enquiries related to trekking, accommodation, activities and other ecotourism bookings under TNWEC projects through phone, email and social media. The role also involves assisting customers with bookings, schedules, facilities, guidelines, payments, refunds and other requirements. Candidates will coordinate with TNWEC teams, Tamil Nadu Forest Department officials, field staff and booking agents to resolve customer queries and support visitors.
