📚 Educational Qualification – TNPL Recruitment 2025
Qualification: Full time Science Degree with First Class Full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology along with Ph.D in Chemistry / Ph.D in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience:
- GM (R&D): Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in R&D, Process Control, Product Development & Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mills or Research Institutes / Universities related to Pulp & Paper Technology.
- DGM (R&D): Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience in R&D, Process Control, Product Development & Quality Control functions in Pulp & Paper Mills or Research Institutes / Universities related to Pulp & Paper Technology.
Qualification:
- First Class Full time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management (or)
- First Class Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management (or)
- First Class Full time MBA (Marketing)
Experience: Minimum 23 years of post qualification experience in Paper, Board & Tissue Marketing field.
Qualification:
