📚 Educational Qualification
Relationship Manager Scale I (Assistant Manager)
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation with First Class (Minimum 60% Marks) under regular stream from a recognized University.
- Minimum 2 Years Banking Experience in sourcing / processing Loans, MSME Loans or Retail Loans.
Relationship Manager Scale II (Manager)
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation with First Class (Minimum 60% Marks) under regular stream from a recognized University.
- Minimum 3 Years Banking Experience in sourcing / processing Loans, MSME Loans or Retail Loans.
Product Specialist (Trade Finance)
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized University.
- Minimum 3 Years experience in handling Trade Finance Business.
- Certified Credit Professional and IIBF Foreign Exchange certification are desirable.
Mobile Inspector of Branches
- Retired Officers of TMB / Other Banks are eligible.
- Must have retired in Scale II / Scale III / Scale IV cadre.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Inspection / Audit experience.
- Only officers with unblemished service records are eligible.
Important Notes
- Relationship Manager and Product Specialist posts are on Regular Basis.
- Mobile Inspector of Branches is on Contract Basis (Initially One Year and extendable up to Two Years based on performance).
- Posting can be anywhere in India.
