🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls related to E-Commerce services.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer queries with high-quality service.

- Qualification: Undergraduate / Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates (Minimum 6 Months BPO Experience)

- Shift: Rotational Shift & Rotational Week Off
- Working Days: 6 Days Per Week
- Working Hours: 9 Hours (8 Hours Productivity + 1 Hour Break)

- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Windows 10 / Windows 10 Pro / Windows 11 / Windows 11 Pro
- Broadband/Wi-Fi Connection

- Government-issued laptops are not eligible
