📚 Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (Grade A): Bachelor’s in Commerce, Economics, Maths, Stats, Business Administration or Engineering with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR CA/CMA/CFA, OR MBA/PGDM (2 years full-time). 2 years experience in MSME/Corporate Credit required except for CA/MBA candidates.
Manager (Grade B): Bachelor’s or PG in any discipline with min. marks as per category. 5 years of experience in RBI, SEBI, NABARD, NHB, Banks, or NBFCs required.
