📚 Educational Qualification
VP Wealth (SRM): Graduation mandatory. Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking), NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA certifications. 6 years experience in Banking/Wealth/AMC sector.
AVP Wealth (RM): Graduation mandatory. Preferred: MBA/PG (Finance/Marketing). 3 years experience in sales/wealth roles. Certifications preferred.
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE): Any Graduate can apply. No experience required. Should have a valid two-wheeler driving licence. Good communication preferred.
Important Notes:
• All posts are contract-based (5 years).
• Freshers eligible ONLY for CRE post.
• Circle preference must be selected correctly.
• Teaching/training experience not counted.
