📚 Educational Qualification
1. Zonal Head (Retail):
Graduates from a Government recognised University or Institution. Preferred qualifications include MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60% and certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor or NISM 21-A. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking or AMCs is required, including minimum 5 years of experience in leading a large team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads.
2. Regional Head (RH):
Graduates from a Government recognised University or Institution. Preferred qualifications include MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60% and CFP/CFA/NISM certifications. Minimum 12+ years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably in wealth management, along with 5+ years of experience leading a large team of Relationship Managers or Team Leads.
3. Relationship Manager – Team Lead:
Graduates from a Government recognised University or Institution. Preferred qualifications include MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60% and CFP/CFA/NISM certifications. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably in wealth management. Team Lead experience is preferred.
4. Investment Specialist (IS):
Professional qualification in PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised College/University, or CA/CFA. Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience as an Investment Advisor/Counsellor/Officer or part of a product team in Wealth Management Firms/AMCs.
5. Investment Officer (IO):
Professional qualification in PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised College/University, or CA/CFA. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience as an Investment Advisor/Counsellor/Officer or part of a product team in Wealth Management Firms/AMCs.
6. VP Wealth:
Graduation from a Government recognised University or Institution. Preferred MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60% and certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA. Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms or AMCs. Minimum 6 years as a Relationship Manager or similar role in Wealth Management is preferred
7. AVP Wealth:
Graduates from a Government recognised University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates with post-graduation in Finance/Marketing/Banking and certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms, AMCs or SBI Wealth CREs. Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager or similar role in Wealth Management is preferred.
The educational qualification and relevant experience must be possessed as on 31.08.2026. Teaching and training experience will not be counted for eligibility. Experience of less than six months in any organisation will not be considered for eligibility. Candidates working in SBI Group companies are required to produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) as specified in the notification.
