📚 Educational Qualification
Medical Attendant Training: Minimum Matric (10th pass) or equivalent. Preference to under-privileged candidates and residents of RSP impact zones.Hospital Administration Training: Candidate should have passed MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Management / Hospital Administration / HR / Marketing / Finance (MBA — min. 2 years; BBA — min. 3 years; PG Diploma — min. 2 years). Preference to candidates with Hospital Management/Administration background.
OT / Anesthesia Assistant Training: Candidate should have passed Intermediate (12th) from a recognized Council and should have completed 1 year of Hospital Attendant/Anesthesia Attendant training from a reputed institute/hospital.
Important Notes: Preference will be given to residents of Bisra, Kuarmunda, Nuagaon, Lathikata blocks of Sundargarh District, Rourkela Municipality, Rourkela Industrial Township area, resettlement colonies and model steel villages. Training is for skill enhancement only and does not guarantee employment in SAIL/RSP. Selection subject to medical fitness. Candidates who previously underwent similar training at IGH are not eligible for a second tenure.
