Eligibility Criteria – Repco Home Finance Ltd Recruitment 2025
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (10+2+4 format).
- Certification in Property Valuation (preferred).
- Age: Maximum 35 years (Relaxation up to 42 years for candidates with relevant experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property valuation, real estate assessment, or housing finance.
- Knowledge of local housing finance markets and strong builder/developer networking.
- Fluency in regional language, Hindi, and English.
- Early joining preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site property inspections and market value assessments.
- Evaluate technical feasibility of real estate projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and construction plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and valuation standards.
- Provide technical support and reports for loan approvals.
Pay & Perks
- Salary based on current CTC plus attractive incentives.
- Probation period: 1 year.
