🔹 2. Detailed Selection Process Explanation
✔ Personal Interview (E-6 Level):
NBCC Recruitment 2026-Candidates applying for General Manager post will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience. Final selection will be made through Personal Interview. Interview panel will evaluate technical expertise, project handling experience, leadership skills, contract management knowledge and PSU exposure.
