Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Level 2 (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder): SSC (10th) + ITI in the relevant trade + NAC, with 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields. Preference given to experience in the steel industry.
- Level 4 (Metallurgy, Mechanical, CAD Operator): Diploma in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. CAD Operator requires 1 year of experience in CAD/CAM with proficiency in 2D & 3D design using software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Age Limit (As on 16 April 2025):
- Assistant Level 2: Maximum 33 years
- Assistant Level 4: Maximum 38 years (CAD Operator: 35 years)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PWD (General/EWS): 10 years
- PWD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PWD (OBC): 13 years
