📚 Educational Qualification
Gender Specialist: Graduate in Social Work or other social disciplines. Post Graduates preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in Government / NGO organizations in gender-focused themes.
Accounts Assistant: Graduate / Diploma in Accounts or related disciplines having accounts as a subject with minimum 3 years experience.
IT Assistant: Any Degree with computer knowledge, IT skills, web-based reporting, data management experience and minimum 3 years experience.
Case Worker: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with minimum 1 year experience in women-related issues. Only women candidates can apply.
Important Notes: Age limit for all posts is 35 years. Case Worker candidates should be ready to work in shifts. Preference will be given to local candidates from Madurai.
