Eligibility Criteria – KVB Recruitment 2025
- Graduates or Postgraduates under regular stream with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
- CGPA marks must be converted into an equivalent percentage.
- Must be fluent in the local language of the posting location.
- Candidate must have 3 – 7 years of relevant experience in banking.
- Age Limit: Below 40 Years.

Roles & Responsibilities – KVB Recruitment 2025
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and meet potential MSME customers.
- Convert leads into business by explaining KVB’s value proposition.
- Achieve incremental growth targets in customers and disbursals.
- Conduct daily huddle meetings and document meetings via emails.
Due Diligence & Proposal Submission
- Perform KYC, customer validation, and market inquiry.
- Conduct unit & security visits before submitting proposals.
- Submit proposals through LOS module.
- Follow up on sanctions & sanction letter issuance.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with panel advocates & engineers.
- Ensure proper title opinion and valuation of properties.
- Complete document execution including MOD, ROC filing, CERSAI registration.
- Ensure limits are created in core banking & sanctioned amounts are disbursed.
Post-Sanction Monitoring & Handover
- Monitor post-sanction activities for the first year.
- Ensure complete account monitoring until renewal.
- Handover file to Service RM after first renewal.
Cross-Selling & Compliance
- Achieve cross-sell & forex targets.
- Conduct minimum of 4 new customer visits daily.
- Ensure compliance with sanction terms & risk management policies.
- Monitor business performance & verification post sanction.
