Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is recruiting Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for roles in Manufacturing, Design & Development, Projects, Marketing, Production, CBRN Systems, and QA.
Selected candidates will undergo training with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000, followed by permanent absorption upon successful completion.
The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview, with minimum qualification criteria of a First-Class Engineering Degree (60% aggregate) in relevant disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Maximum Age: 27 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen)
- Minimum Qualification: First-Class Engineering Degree (60% aggregate) in relevant discipline
- Final Year Students: Eligible to apply, but must provide certificate during document verification
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
- Annual Increment: 3% on successful completion of training
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Fringe benefits, Provident Fund, leave, etc.
- Bond: Candidates must sign a 4-year service bond of ₹4 Lakhs
