📚 Educational Qualification – CSIR-CECRI Recruitment 2026
Project Scientist – II (PS-II):
Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent with 5 years R&D experience.
For Engineering-related positions, Master’s/Integrated Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent with 5 years R&D experience is prescribed.
Desirable qualifications include specialization in PEM fuel cell materials, hydrogen fuel cell stack and system, and experience in building FC powered systems and engines.
Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent with 5 years R&D experience.

Desirable: Specialization in Battery Management System (BMS) design, Circuit Design, PCB Layout, RS485/CAN, Battery modelling, DC-DC converters and Battery Thermal Studies (ANSYS).

- For PS-II & PAT-II positions, eligible candidates must apply ONLINE only through the CSIR-CECRI website.
- The online application link is available from 07.08.2026 at 09:00 AM to 18.08.2026 at 05:00 PM.
- New candidates should click on “New Registration” and register using a valid email ID.
- Login and complete the profile by entering the required details.
- Upload the required certificates/documents relating to educational qualification, caste, experience, etc.

- Choose the preferred interview mode for PS-II & PAT-II positions: Online or Offline.
- For PAT-I & PA-II positions, candidates must attend the Walk-in-Interview in offline mode with original certificates, one set of photocopies, recent passport-size photograph and duly filled application form.
