Job Description – Contact Support Group Recruitment 2025

  • Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution, and technical troubleshooting over phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage tickets by prioritizing urgency, categorizing issues, and keeping customers informed.
  • Use business intelligence tools to analyze ticket data and support customers efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality service while interacting with customers across industries such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
  • Handle internet troubleshooting, password resets, session resets, and profile modifications.
  • Resolve issues through first-contact resolution and escalate when necessary.
  • Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment to support clients in different time zones.
  • Interact professionally, demonstrating empathy and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Any 3-year graduate/diploma pass-outs from the 2024 & 2025 batches.
  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
    • Basic computing skills.
    • Willingness to relocate to any location and work in night shifts.
  • Additional Requirements: Candidates must have an active DigiLocker account and a mobile number linked to their Aadhaar for verification.
