Roles and Responsibilities
- Review complaints already examined and partially or wholly rejected by the bank.
- Analyze complaint trends (category-wise, consumer-wise, geographic-wise, etc.) and suggest policy changes.
- Ensure complaints related to corporate fraud, internal administration, and legal disputes are not handled by the Internal Ombudsman.
- Hold discussions with relevant teams and seek necessary documentation.
- Provide insights for policy-level improvements and customer service enhancements.
- Shall not represent the bank in any legal disputes or court cases.
- Quarterly review and reporting of complaint patterns.
Remuneration
The remuneration for this position will be decided by the bank.
