Qualification Requirements

| 3 | MPHW / Health Inspector – Grade II (Male) | i) Pass 10+2 with Biology or with Botany and Zoology. ii) Pass Tamil language in SSLC. iii) Must have completed two years of training on a recognized Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector course (including courses from private institutions/trusts or Gandhigram Rural Institute Training as recognized by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine). |

Conditions of Recruitment – Chennai City Urban Health Mission Recruitment 2025
- Place of work will be within the Greater Chennai Corporation limits.
- The contract is for 11 months on a temporary basis. No claim for permanency shall be made.
- The employer for these positions is the Chennai City Urban Health Mission.
- The Administration reserves the right to terminate the contract without specifying any reason.

- One recent passport-size photograph.
- Evidence of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate, SSLC, or HSC certificate).
- Evidence for Tamil eligibility (10th or 12th standard mark sheet).
- Community Certificate issued by the Revenue Department/Competent Authority.
- Proof of residency (any one: Nativity Certificate, Voter ID, Panchayat/Municipality/Corporation Tax Receipt, Aadhar Card, or Ration Card).
- Educational qualification documents:
- Medical Officer: 10th/12th mark sheets, MBBS mark sheets, and Medical Council of India (or Tamil Nadu) registration certificate (or, for foreign graduates, the NBE score sheet).
- Staff Nurse: 10th/12th mark sheets, B.Sc. (Nursing) or GNM mark sheets, and Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council registration certificate as well as evidence for Tamil eligibility.
- MPHW (Male): 10th/12th mark sheets and Multipurpose Health Worker training certificate issued by the Tamil Nadu Government, along with evidence for Tamil eligibility.
- Support Staff: Minimum 8th Standard certificate.
- Certificate of Character and Conduct from a Group A or B Officer (issued within the last three months).
- Certificate of Character and Conduct from the Head of the Institution where the candidate studied or is studying.
- If applicable, a certificate from the Zonal Health Officer (for differently-abled applicants) indicating fitness to perform the duties, with the percentage of disability.
- Certified evidence for work experience related to COVID-19 (if applicable) as per Government Order.
- No Objection Certificate from the competent authority (if applicable).
- Any other special documents as indicated in the selection criteria.
