📚 Educational Qualification
🔹 Junior Executive (Engg): Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil etc.) with 5 years’ experience
🔹 Associate Executive (Engg): B.E/B.Tech in relevant disciplines with 3 years’ experience
🔹 Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduate + CA Inter/CMA Inter with 5 years’ experience
🔹 Associate Executive (Quality): M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic/Inorganic/etc.) with 3 years’ experience
🔹 Secretary: Graduation + 5 years relevant experience
Important Notes: Minimum experience and category-based percentage relaxation apply. Final year students and overqualified candidates (like CA Final) are not eligible for some posts.
