📚 Educational Qualification
Management Trainee (Engineering Streams): First Class Bachelor’s Degree / 5-year Integrated Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil).
MT (Chemical): Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering OR First Class M.Sc Chemistry.
MT (Finance): CA / ICWAI (CMA) / First Class MBA Finance (2 years).
MT (Human Resources): First Class MBA / PG Diploma / PG Degree in HR / PMIR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work (2 years). Desirable: Law Degree.
