📌 Job Overview

🎯 Key Responsibilities: NABFINS Recruitment 2026

• Sourcing and acquiring new customers for Individual Business Loans and Housing Loans.
• Managing the end-to-end processing of Individual Business Loans (IBL) and Affordable Housing Loans (AHL).
• Conducting field visits and meeting customers.
• Collecting KYC and income-related documents from customers.
• Assisting the Branch Head (BH) in credit appraisal processing and loan disbursement.
• Maintaining customer relationships and providing post-disbursement support.
• Coordinating with Credit Teams for loan processing and related activities.
• Supporting collection activities and portfolio quality management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

📚 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, processing and servicing Business Loans and Affordable Housing Loans is preferred.
• Industry Experience: Experience with Banks, NBFCs, MFIs or Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) is preferred.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Local Language: Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
• Other Requirement: Candidates should be willing to travel locally for field visits.
