📚 Educational Qualification: Madras High Court Recruitment 2026
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Sc (IT), BCA, B.E. (Computer Science), B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), M.E. (Computer Science), M.Tech, or M.Sc (IT).
Age Limit: Candidates should have completed 18 years of age and should not have completed 35 years of age as on 01.09.2026. Candidates should not have been born before 02.09.1991.

Written Examination: The written test will consist of 25 objective-type multiple-choice questions. Duration is 60 minutes.
Written Test Syllabus: Windows and Linux Basics, Networking, PDF and Document Handling and Processing, Video Conferencing, Hardware Troubleshooting and Internet Basics.
Skill Test Syllabus: Scanning and converting documents to OCR, PDF to OCR conversion, handling LibreOffice, configuring Local Area Network (IP configurations), hardware troubleshooting and driver installations.
Viva Voce: Maximum 50 marks. Minimum qualifying marks are 20. Candidates will be assessed on mental alertness, skills, attitude, ethics, character, computer skills, computer network, database, operating systems and related areas.

- Performing data entry work related to eServices.
- Assisting with online purchase of eStamp papers/ePayments.
- Helping applicants obtain Aadhaar-based digital signatures.
- Assisting the public with downloading and using the eCourts mobile application.
- Handling queries regarding Judges on leave.
- Handling queries regarding Court location, cause-list and hearing status.
- Guiding people regarding free legal services.
- Assisting with traffic challan disposal through Virtual Courts and online compounding.
- Handling other queries and assisting with digitally available eCourt facilities.
- Any other work assigned by the Registrar (IT-cum-Statistics), Madras High Court.

- Selected candidates are eligible for only 12 days of casual leave per year.
