🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users reporting IT-related issues.
- Log, track, and resolve Service Desk tickets accurately within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles for faster issue resolution.
📚 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates graduating in 2025 or 2026 from any 3-year full-time UG degree such as B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS and other eligible 3-year degree courses.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 50% marks in Class 10, Class 12, Diploma and UG. Rounding off 49.9% is not allowed.
- Arrears: Candidates should have no standing arrears at the time of joining.
- Experience: Freshers / 2025 and 2026 graduates.
- Nationality: Open to Indian Nationals and OCIs currently residing in India.
- Important: Students currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate courses are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be flexible to work from any Cognizant office location, shift timing and technology as required.
