📚 Educational Qualification – BHEL Trichy Recruitment 2026
1. Trade Apprentices
Candidates must have passed High School and ITI as a regular full-time candidate from an NCVT/SCVT recognised institute. For all trades except Welder, the NCVT/SCVT certificate is required. For the Welder trade, only NCVT qualification will be considered.
2. Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
Candidates must have passed High School and a Diploma as a regular full-timecandidate from a Government recognised institute. The Diploma should have been completed within the last five years. Candidates belonging to UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS categories must have secured a minimum of 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks.
3. Graduate Apprentices – Engineering Disciplines
Candidates must have passed 10+2 and Graduation in Engineering/Technology as a regular full-time course from a Government recognised Institution/University. A minimum of 60% marks is required for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates.
4. Graduate Apprentice – Accountant
Candidates must have passed 10+2 and Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) as a regular full-time course from a Government recognised Institution/University. A minimum of 60% marks is required for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and 50%marks for SC/ST candidates.
5. Graduate Apprentice – Assistant-HR
Candidates must have passed 10+2 and Graduation in Arts (B.A) as a regular full-time course from a Government recognised Institution/University. A minimum of 60% marks is required for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Important Note: Candidates who have completed their full-time Diploma or Degree during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply for the apprenticeship training.
