HURL Recruitment 2026 Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) is a joint venture of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), NTPC Limited (NTPC), Coal India Limited (CIL), Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL). 📚 Educational Qualification

Executive Cadre 

Process Engineering: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks. Relevant experience in Ammonia-Urea fertilizer industry is required.

O&U: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology/Mechanical with minimum 60% marks. Experience in Operations of Offsite & Utilities in fertilizer industry, petrochemical/refinery or commissioning of OEM in fertilizer and petroleum industry is required.

Ammonia: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks. Experience related to Ammonia plant operation in Ammonia-Urea fertilizer industry is required.

Urea: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks. Experience related to Urea plant operation in Ammonia-Urea fertilizer industry is required.

Electrical: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Electrical with minimum 60% marks. Experience in HT & LT power distribution systems, HT synchronous and induction motors, transformers, protection systems and continuous operating plants is required.

Mechanical: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 60% marks. Experience in rotating machines, static equipment, centrifugal compressors, steam/gas turbines and piping networks is required.

IT – SAP FICO: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks. Experience in SAP FICO, SAP FI/CO, configuration, implementation, support, GST, taxation, reporting, S/4HANA migration and related areas is required. SAP FICO certification is preferred.

IT – SAP MM: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks. Experience in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA implementation, procurement, inventory management, P2P, configuration, API integration, Fiori, testing and migration projects is required. SAP MM certification is preferred.

IT – SAP SD: HURL Recruitment 2026 – Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks. Experience in SAP SD, implementation, support, Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, billing, credit management, GST compliance, SAP integration and S/4HANA projects is required. SAP SD certification is preferred.

Human Resource: Full-time regular MBA/MSW/Integrated 5 Years MBA/Post Graduate Degree or minimum 2-year Diploma in HRM, Personnel Management or Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. LLB is desirable. Relevant post-qualification HR experience is required.

Marketing: B.Sc. (Agri) with M.Sc. Agriculture with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc. (Agri)/B.Tech in any discipline with full-time MBA/PGDBM in Marketing/Agribusiness Marketing/Rural Management with minimum 60% marks from recognized UGC/AICTE institutions. Relevant agricultural marketing experience is required.

Fixed Term Contract (FTC) – Medical

Medical: MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India along with Certificate of Training in Industrial Health of minimum 3 months approved/recognized as specified in the advertisement, or Diploma in Industrial Health. Relevant post-qualification experience in a medical institute/industrial establishment is required.

Non-Executive Cadre – HURL Recruitment 2026

Jr Engineer Assistant – O&U: Three Years Full-Time Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology/Mechanical OR 3-year full-time B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 50% marks. Relevant O&U plant operations experience is required.

Jr Engineer Assistant – Ammonia: Three Years Full-Time Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology OR 3-year full-time B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 50% marks. Experience in Ammonia plant operations is required.

Jr Engineer Assistant – Urea: HURL Recruitment 2026 Three Years Full-Time Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology OR 3-year full-time B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 50% marks. Experience in Urea plant operations is required.

Jr Engineer Assistant – Urea Plant Handling Operations: Three-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical with minimum 50% marks. Experience in product/material handling operations is required.

Jr Engineer Assistant – Instrumentation: Three-year full-time Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Control Engineering and related disciplines with minimum 50% marks. Relevant instrumentation maintenance experience is required.

Jr Engineer Assistant – Quality Assurance & Inspection (Mechanical): HURL Recruitment 2026 -Three years full-time Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 50% marks. Experience in QA/QC activities, weld fit-up inspection, DPT, RT review, PWHT monitoring, NDT activities and inspection of equipment/piping is required.

Important Qualification Notes: HURL Recruitment 2026 Qualifications should be from recognized Indian universities/institutions. Qualifying Degree/Diploma should be full-time and regular. Distance Learning qualifications are not eligible. Work experience must generally be after acquiring the relevant educational qualification.
