Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end billing activities, including input validation, invoice processing, re-billing, adjustments, and closure.
- Understand contract clauses, pricing structures, rate revisions, billing frequency, and purchase order values.
- Perform billing validation to ensure invoice accuracy, including customer data, service periods, entity mapping, and tax treatment.
- Analyze billing disputes and exceptions, identify root causes, coordinate corrections, and support timely resolution.
- Meet billing timelines and SLA requirements, particularly during month-end and peak workload periods.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to the Order to Cash process.
- Process activities related to customer invoicing and creation of corresponding receivables.
