The selection process for HVF Avadi Recruitment 2026 – Junior Technician (Contract) is conducted in a transparent and merit-based manner. Candidates will be selected purely based on their qualification, experience, and performance in the Trade Test. The selection stages are explained in detail below.

🔹 Stage 1: Document Verification

All shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification at Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, Chennai. During this stage, candidates must produce original certificates along with self-attested photocopies for verification.

Documents Required:

• SSLC / 10th Standard Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
• ITI / NAC / NTC / STC Certificate & Mark Sheets (as applicable)
• Experience Certificate (if applicable)
• Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS – Central Govt format)
• PwBD / Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)
