📚 Educational Qualification
Operator Material Handling Equipment: NAC/NTC/STC in Crane Operations or Class X with Heavy Vehicle Driving License and 2 years experience.
Rigger: NAC/NTC/STC in Rigger or Class X with 2 years experience in loading/unloading in a large industry (₹500 Cr turnover).
Heat Treatment Operator: NAC/NTC/STC in Forger and Heat Treater.
Fitter Auto Electric: NAC/NTC/STC in Auto Electrician.
Sand & Shot Blaster: Class X with 2 years experience in Shot Blasting.
Important Notes: Candidates must possess at least 65% marks in the required qualification (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).

| Junior Technician (All Trades) | Selected candidates will receive a minimum basic pay of ₹21,000/- per month along with Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) and a Special Allowance of 5% of basic pay. In addition, ₹3,000/- per month will be provided to meet other expenses such as medical, transport, and communication.
Eligible employees are also entitled to EPF, Gratuity, and Annual Increment (3%) as per company norms. |
