🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2023 or 2024 batch
- Three-year full-time degree in BSc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics) or BCA
- Minimum 60% marks in X, XII, Diploma & UG (IT & ISO role)
- Minimum 50% marks in X, XII, UG (Multicloud & DWS roles)
- No standing arrears at the time of joining
- Must be open to work in any shift/location
- Indian Nationals/OCIs currently residing in India are eligible
💼 Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, write stored procedures
- Prepare test cases, scripts, execute manual/automated tests
- Resolve tickets, analyze root causes, and manage ITSM tools
- Innovate and contribute in service improvement
2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
- Monitor production servers and computing environments
- Support in Windows, Networking, Cloud, DB, Messaging, etc.
- Incident management and customer support with SOPs
3. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
- Provide technical support for IT systems and end-users
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and log support tickets
- Collaborate with IT teams for issue resolution
