Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 01 May 2025 (inclusive of all relaxations).
- Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institute.
- Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate degree or Professional certification in Finance, Risk Management, or Legal.
- Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in banking/financial services, with at least 5 years in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management functions.
- Additional Requirement: At least one assignment at General Manager level or equivalent in Public Sector or Private Sector Banks.
- Others: No pending vigilance case or adverse observation from RBI.
Selection Process
- ✅ Scrutiny of applications by Screening Committee.
- ✅ Interview of shortlisted candidates by Selection Committee.
- ✅ Written Test / Group Discussion (if a large number of applications are received).

- 📌 Clarify compliance-related issues and support overall compliance function.
- 📌 Track, identify, and report compliance failures & regulatory breaches.
- 📌 Monitor regulatory compliance and submission of periodical returns.
- 📌 Support smooth conduct of regulatory inspections.
- 📌 Assist in policy framework, compliance guidelines, and compliance audits.
- 📌 Guide in developing compliance frameworks & integrating digital compliance tools.
- 📌 Track & implement regulatory advisories & guidelines.
Salary & Leave Policy
- 💰 Remuneration: Negotiable (based on qualifications & experience).
- 🗓️ Leave: 15 days per year (on pro-rata basis).
