Eligibility Criteria – Repco Home Finance Ltd Recruitment 2025

  • Age: Maximum 40 years (Relaxation up to 52 years for experienced candidates).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Housing Finance, NBFCs, or Banks.
  • Currently serving in Chief Manager/ AGM cadre or above.
  • Graduate from a UGC-recognized university (Post-graduation preferred).
  • Strong networking capability with builders/developers in housing finance.
  • Fluency in regional language, Hindi, and English.
  • Early joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source Quality Housing Loans through a team of Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
  • Recruit, train, and deploy sourcing resources for maximum productivity.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with sourcing channels.
  • Ensure business target achievements while improving yield and revenue streams.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Conduct brand building and business promotion activities.
  • Manage cross-selling of insurance products for additional income streams.
  • Handle preliminary credit appraisal, KYC verification, loan approvals, and disbursements.
  • Report to Regional Development Manager and oversee a team of 5-6 on-roll employees & 10-12 off-roll staff.
