Eligibility Criteria – Repco Home Finance Ltd Recruitment 2025
- Age: Maximum 40 years (Relaxation up to 52 years for experienced candidates).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Housing Finance, NBFCs, or Banks.
- Currently serving in Chief Manager/ AGM cadre or above.
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university (Post-graduation preferred).
- Strong networking capability with builders/developers in housing finance.
- Fluency in regional language, Hindi, and English.
- Early joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Quality Housing Loans through a team of Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Recruit, train, and deploy sourcing resources for maximum productivity.
- Identify and maintain relationships with sourcing channels.
- Ensure business target achievements while improving yield and revenue streams.
- Implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct brand building and business promotion activities.
- Manage cross-selling of insurance products for additional income streams.
- Handle preliminary credit appraisal, KYC verification, loan approvals, and disbursements.
- Report to Regional Development Manager and oversee a team of 5-6 on-roll employees & 10-12 off-roll staff.

- Negotiable based on current CTC + attractive incentives.
- Probation period: 1 year.
