Eligibility Criteria – NMDFC Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): Company Secretary membership, 3+ years experience.
- Assistant Manager (Project, Coordination & Legal): PG degree or BE, with MBA/LLB (Desirable).
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): PG degree in Commerce/Economics, CA/ICWA (Desirable).
- Assistant Manager (HRM & Admin): PG degree in Personnel Management, MBA/LLB (Desirable).
- Executive Assistant (General Cadre): Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce, Typing speed of 30wpm, MS Office (Desirable).
Age Limit
- Deputy Manager: Max 32 years
- Assistant Manager: Max 30 years
- Executive Assistant: Max 27 years
- Age Relaxations: Available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.
