Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
Other Criteria:
- Backlogs must be cleared along with the 8th semester
- Maximum 3 years of education gap allowed (between 10th and start of graduation)
- No gaps allowed during graduation; must complete within 4 years
- Must be a Full-time Degree recognized by Central/State Government
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold PIO/OCI cards
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their Citizenship Certificate
- Minimum age of 18 years at the time of registration
- Must have completed a 3-month cool-off period if previously assessed by Wipro

Selection Process
The selection process includes three rounds:
- Online Assessment (128 minutes)
- Aptitude Test – Logical, Quantitative, Verbal Ability – 48 minutes
- Written Communication Test (Essay Writing) – 20 minutes
- Programming Test (Java, C, C++, Python) – 60 minutes
- Voice Assessment
- Business Discussion
Service Agreement
- Applicable for 12 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.
