Educational Qualification
- Junior Manager (Finance): CA/CMA from a recognized institute.
- Executive (Civil): Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
- Executive (Electrical): Three-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 60% marks.
- Executive (S&T): Three-year Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science Engineering with 60% marks.
- MTS: Matriculation + ITI (NCVT/SCVT approved) with 60% marks.

- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Stage 1 & 2 (For all posts)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Only for MTS
